Refund Policy: All transactions are final, no refunds will be issued.  This applies to phone/video readings and email readings.  If your phone/video reading is cancelled by either party, you have a year to reschedule.  After a year, if your reading has not been completed, you will lose your funds.  If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at espsychics@gmail.com.
